Return & Refund Policy 

At Adiira, we engineer high-performance gear for your skin. Due to the technical nature of our products and the logistics of Cash on Delivery, our policy is designed for efficiency and safety.

1. The "No-Tamper" Rule

Because Adiira products are ISO-certified and personal care items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any bottle where the safety seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This ensures the integrity of the gear for all our Nomads.

2. Returns (Unopened Gear)

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for an unopened, sealed product.

  • Process: To initiate a return, contact Mission Control at adiiraskin@gmail.com or +96176 345 130 

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our regional hub.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged during transit (e.g., a leaking bottle):

  • Take a photo immediately.

  • Contact Mission Control within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will dispatch a replacement bottle at zero cost to you.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched to our courier. Once the "Mission Dispatched" notification is sent, the order is final.
